Sacred Birth Workshop
The Sacred Birth Workshop supports women in achieving an honouring and sacred birth experience. Nic creates an intimate space for expecting mothers to feel welcome and safe in exploring their personal birth choices.
The content includes: creating sacred space, choosing a home or hospital birth, drug free pain relief, water birth and active birth, natural therapy options and much more. Women are also guided through a gentle birth visualisation… this is an invitation to trust the natural process of birth and welcome all parts of this magical journey into motherhood.
The workshop is interactive, informative and a great way to meet like minded people.
