By asking questions we create magic in our lives. Last year I was very blessed to have Access Consciousness show up in my world, living in the question has become apart of my daily life and things continue to transform with ease and magic just keeps showing up! How does it get any better??

All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory
Women have been birthing their babies naturally for thousands of years by trusting their body and inner knowing. We are designed in such a way that we are able to cope with the sensations of labour and birth through the release of endorphins which work to ease the intensity of contractions.
Birth these days can often be controlled by the medical profession and in some cases where women have a challenging pregnancy or a complicated labour this can be an absolute blessing, in most cases though women are able to birth their baby normally without intervention as nature intended.
If we tune into our body’s wisdom and trust the natural birth process by actively participating in our own labour, it can be a very empowering and extraordinary experience. Being spontaneous with positions, movement and voice will bring a sense of effortlessness and freedom to our rite of passage of birth.

Sacred Birth is based in Papamoa Beach in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, and supports New Zealand women to birth their babies naturally in sacred space.
I would be honoured to welcome anyone who feels called to explore the infinite possibilities of creating an empowering birth experience for themselves, their partner and their beautiful baby.
Sacred Birth allows any fears, anxieties and doubt about giving birth to be released through powerful process work and hands on healing techniques. Women then have the freedom to birth their baby with ease and joy and glory. How does it get any better than this?
Empowering women into motherhood…
Sacred Birth has been born from my own experience of trusting my inner knowing that I could birth my baby naturally in a sacred space that was honouring, safe, intimate and nurturing, allowing my baby to enter into the world with ease and grace.
I have created an empowering two hour workshop to assist couples in exploring the possibilities of natural and sacred birth. This includes information on natural birth, home birth, water birth, drug free pain relief and much more.
In addition, women can choose to dive deeper into the sacred birth experience by working one on one with me using natural therapy techniques including The Journey, Reiki, Access Bars and Energy Healing to clear out anything that maybe holding them back from allowing a natural and sacred birth to unfold.
